Cousins Mechanical Services wants everyone to be able to use our website and book our services easily.

What we do

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA where reasonably possible. We use clear language, strong colour contrast, text that resizes without breaking the layout, labelled form fields, and a design that works on phones, tablets and computers.

Getting help another way

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, you never need to use it to reach us. Call 07925 340977 or 01308 538046, message us on WhatsApp, or email help@cousinsmechanicalservices.co.uk, and we will take your booking or answer your question directly.

Known limitations

The live job-tracking map is provided by a third party and may be harder to use with a screen reader. If you are tracking a job and cannot use the map, call or message us and we will tell you where your mechanic is and how long they expect to be.
